While federal officials claim their withdrawal of a $1.75B approval to switch to a $600M bond issue makes the opponent's' lawsuit moot the counties ask a federal judge to review the records they feel demonstrates the switch is just a shell game.

FIGHT AGAINST THE TRAIN COSTS NEARING $6M

Officials from Martin and Indian River counties have allotted $6M to fight the proposed $3.1B railroad. A federal lawsuit against the Department of Transportation has cost nearly $3M alone.
