HIGH-SPEED PASSENGER RAIL BRIGHTLINE IS IN EARLY NEGOTIATIONS WITH TAMPA DEVELOPER DARRYL SHAW TO BUILD A STATION IN THE YBOR CITY AREA. These discussions center around three separate pieces of property.
